I've been in Korea for about a week now and I've been sick since I got here. >:)
But! I've caught up on all the sleep I lost during April so it's been great.
So the plane ride to Korea..
I sat between two big white guys.. NO hard feelings and mind you, they were two very friendly gentlemen.
The only issue was the guy with the aisle seat fell asleep, like he actually knocked out... and I had to go to the bathroom and he wouldn't wake up. I was pretty much slapping his shoulder and the guy's just out. The guy sitting across the aisle is laughing - I mean who wouldn't right? - and he gestures over to me to basically hop over the guy. Keep in mind I actually have to really use the lavatory, so I'll settle for anything if it means getting to the lavatory. The guy with the window seat wakes up from all the ruckus I'm creating with the shoving and nudging and slapping and I can tell he feels bad for me and at the same time it's just really funny. So anyway back to the plan of action. Aisleman had the table down, so I put that up, planning on hopping over, and remember how I said the guy was BIG? His legs took up the whole space so like... it's just the same as having a table down over the legs. So I'm like.. pretty helpless right now. His legs are big. It's not just a squeeze-out move, this requires like.. hurdle jumping ok? Then Windowman tells me to call the stewardess, and I do. The stewardess - another Asian lady - and I are poking and nudging this guy from both sides now and he FINALLY wakes up. Wakes up as in like, is half conscious. And then I get out and the stewardess, out of pity, moves me to another seat where I can have the window seat and there's another big white guy in the aisle seat, with no one between. So that was really comfortable and I enjoyed the rest of the ride. Cause the new big white guy never knock knocked out.
So I got here... and
The apartment's nice
I got my ears pierced for the very first time
There are so many concerts and things to go to here that the excitement's overwhelming
